The Boulevard

I often try restaurants because I see a lot of people in them and wonder what brings them there.  The Boulevard is no exception, though additionally, this is the only restaurant I've walked past on more than one occasion in San Francisco that had different flavors of Ferraris parked out side (a 488, and a Portofino). So finally I had enough of walking past this restaurant, and made a reservation!  It turns out, the chef at this place is both a creative and masterful cook.  Every dish is meticulously thought out and prepared and makes you use all of your senses while eating! From the buffulo milk cream, to the Burgundy truffles on beet ravioli to pomegranate seeds on the crème brûlée, every ingredient is fresh, planned and properly portioned on each dish.  Efficient service is a given at a restaurant of this caliber I suppose, but people are definitely here for the extraordinary food and the way it is prepared unlike anywhere else.  Just seeing the other dishes other people were eating made me want to come back to try them too!  Absolutely spectacular dining!
